Basque rock musician and political activist, Fermin Muguruza, spent time in New Orleans in 2015 working with local musicians, writers and artists to produce a film highlighting parallels in the systems underlying both New Orleans and Basque. Local talent included horn players, singers, bounce artists, writers, radio dj’s and other culturally connected individuals.
